Graphic Designer
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for all graphic visuals
- To conceptualize and create designs and layouts for branding purposes including EDMs, promotional materials, packaging, catalogues, posters, brochures and other marketing collaterals
- Designing, updating and maintaining company websites, blogs, facebook and twitter account
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma in Graphic Design, Art, Visual Communication or equivalent
- Proficient in Mac-based applications such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- HTML abilities will be an added advantage
- Excellent time management. Able to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Candidates with working experience in graphic designing would have added advantage

Social Media PR/ Community Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Must have deep interest and passion in Social Media
- Report directly to the Managing Director and will work closely with clients of the Company
- Main responsibility of your role is to develop robust digital strategies and build strong strategic relationships with clients that strengthen the company’s position
- Develop brand platforms and social media strategies
- Provide social media counsel to media programs, offer creative thinking to existing social media work, identify and train staff on social media tools, and to provide direction for new business opportunities
- Develop and execute branding campaigns for consumer clients, while maintaining a supportive work culture for the team
- Keep up to date in trends in public relations and emerging media
- Developing and executing public relations campaigns with a digital emphasis for the Company’s clients
- Ability to translate trends, technologies and metrics into conversational English
- Experienced client counselor, relationship manager and account manager
- Flexibility to be a hands-on team player adding value, creating strategies, programs and instructional guidance to all levels and teams
- Familiarity at building and presenting concepts/programs for clients and new business opportunities and;
- Have passion to keep abreast in emerging media, with a basic understanding on how to apply tools and technology to client work, including but not limited to:Blogs, blogging, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Wikipedia, Skype, UStream, Online gaming and apps, Search Engine Optimization, Ad Words etc.

Event Executive and Co-ordinator
- Event Executives are responsible for the production of events from conception through to completion.

Events can include:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Researching markets to identify opportunities for events
- Liaising with clients to ascertain their precise event requirements
- Producing detailed proposals for events (e.g. timelines, venues, suppliers, legal obligations, staffing and budgets)
- Developing and managing a budget
- Securing and booking a suitable venue or location
- Ensuring insurance, legal, health and safety obligations are adhered to
- Planning room layouts and the entertainment programme, scheduling workshops
- Liaising with marketing and PR colleagues to promote the event
- Liaising with clients and designers
- Coordinating suppliers, handling client queries and troubleshooting on the day of the event to ensure that all runs smoothly
- Overseeing the dismantling and removal of the event and clearing the venue efficiently
- Post-event evaluation (including data entry and analysis and producing reports for event stakeholders)
- Must be able to complete a wide range of activities requiring clear communication, excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Able to work well under pressure, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of an event
REQUIREMENTS
- A team player who is hands on and is able to work in a team
- Must be proficient in using Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Adobe Photoshop is a bonus
- Must be resourceful in using the internet
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Preferable Diploma holder and above
- At least 1 year experience in Events co-ordination is a plus

3D visualizer/Event Designer
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for all the graphic visuals, designs and concepts
